"Eject Media" icon appears with no devices plugged in

    Windows 8.1 Pro here
The icon of "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" appears even when i not have any devices plugged in.

And if i click it it shows below the "Open Devices and Printers" an item with text "..." which is disabled..

What item does it have listed in it?

Do you have a media card reader?

Do you have a USB DVD drive attached to your PC? Or maybe a USB card reader? I have a USB DVD Burner attached to my PC and get that Icon even when the drive is empty. If I click the ICON all I get is the Open Devices and Printers.
