Hello. I am new here but I have been browsing Seven Forums and Eight Forums for a while now, but I have never registered. I have a Samsung Laptop (a.k.a "Notebook") which can be found here. Samsung has its own program/software called "SW Update". It tells you Recommended Installs and it tells you what updates should be installed to "Boost Your PCs Performance". Yet, I sent in this Laptop 2 times to have it repaired, restored, because I was "stuck in BIOS" and could not at all boot my PC, because of this. Why would it tell me I need to update my BIOS and then fail the BIOS update so it forces me to restore everything to manufacturer defaults? I have kept my AC Adapter plugged; as a matter of fact it's in 24/7 so I don't lag which is bad.
Current BIOS Version: PO8RAP
BIOS Manufacturer: Phoenix Technologies Ltd.
BIOS Version SW Update Says To Update To: PO9RAP
Thanks in the meantime!
