HP Pavilion Startup Error Loop - (Windows 8.1)

Hello, I have an computer machine called "HP Pavilion" with Windows 8.1 on it.
Every time I start my computer up, my computer keeps saying "Starting Automatic Repair" then 2 mins later the blue screen comes up with a face on it which it might be something wrong with the machine, then the screen goes blank and does nothing.

    Thank you for reading!

    Regards,

Is this a OEM manufacturer's PC with Pre-installed Windows 8?

Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.
