two finger tap for right click is not working for my HP

For some reason the mousepad's two finger scrolling and two finger tap for right click doesn't work for my HP laptop in the signature.


At least the scrolling didn't work just earlier today but I see the two finger tap for right click is still not working

under mouse then the hardware tab select the trackpad then it should show settings with a synaptics logo on it and if you click that you should get all the settings to set those gestures up.
