Hi all,
I have just got a nearly new Toshiba laptop and updated to Windows 8.1. Since then I have been unable to connect any device to it via Bluetooth. It was able to see the devices and try to connect but as soon as it connected the connection was dropped and the devices reported failed to connect error. I reinstalled the Bluetooth driver with the latest driver from the Toshiba website and now the Laptop wont even see any devices. Any ideas??
