Hello all,
I have a Surface Pro tablet with Windows 8.1 on it, and any time I try to switch from my default printer to another network printer in a program Excel, Word, Outlook, Notepad, etc, it will freeze up and takes a few minutes to switch printers - however, it does switch eventually.
Default printer is USB (Brother), the second is IP based(Konica-Minolta w/ Fiery server).
I have tested this on another Surface with the same software installed, same Windows updates, and same drivers for both printers and I do not have an issue on the second Surface.
Looking for ideas or suggestions or people that have had simliar issues.
Please let me know if more details are needed.
