Boy, there's no way to describe how much I dislike Windows 8.
Anyway, just got a new desktop today and I can't get it to recognize my scanner. It prints fine.
I've used the printer's CD driver and it freezes. I downloaded a driver and it freezes.
I'd really appreciate some help and/or ideas, thanks.
