New to 8.1 Pro X64, where are all the drivers?

Does this OS include Net Framework 4? i also noticed setting up my UEFI raid config with 8.1 was much easier than with Win 7. Is their a program you guys use to check to the current drivers for your system?

Net framework need to be installed, it doesn't install by default. I usually go get the drivers I need from the manufacture website, Chipset IRST IME from Intel website. You don't list you computers spec. so just go to the manufactures website for their approved drivers

I have found Hwinfo64 very useful for ID hardware and drivers Temps fan speeds very useful program
