After upgrading from 8 pro to 8.1, Touch stopped !!!!!!!!

I have Lenovo S10-3T convertible with touch screen. The touch screen worked perfectly with windows 8 pro but after upgrading to windows 8.1, the windows doesn't recognize my touch screen at all and I can't find (pen and touch) option in the control panel. Even in windows system information, I got (No pen or touch input is available for this display). What do I have to do to get my multi-touch screen working again on windows 8.1 ???!!!

    - I have tried downloading cando touch driver from microsoft update catalogue but what i got is .cab file and i don't have (package manager) on windows 8.1 and i have tried everything in command prompt to install .cab file but nothing worked. I tried also to install package manager but it failed to install on windows 8.1 so i don't know how to install this .cab file.

    - I installed intel chipset driver from this link

    Intel Chipset driver - Windows 7 (32-bit)

and the touch screen worked finally but unfortunately after shutdown or restart the touchscreen stopped again so i have to install intel chipset driver every time I log in to windows and it takes about 15 minutes for the driver installation to start . i don't know why it takes all this time to start the installation window !! What should i do to make these changes permanent on windows 8.1??

Odd - When I downloaded last night I also got an .inf file.

The inf file is below PCAP724C_CANDO.inf if it is not downloading. Use notepad and save with.cab file, then right click on the .inf file and pick install.

Thank you, this worked great. The ".inf" appeared when i double clicked the downloaded cab file. I did not have to merge the two files, just click on .inf file and choose install. had to reboot S10-3t, and it worked fine.

UPDATE: I tried to find latest driver for touchpad, but ended up reinstalling Synaptec driver (V 15.0.13.0) fr
    om
Lenovo site. This killed the screen's touch capability. I had to reinstall the Cando driver and all is well again.

I installed the cando touch driver and the touch worked only for one time and then It stopped again when I restarted. I don't know what to do to make touch permanent on this device without the need to reinstall it again and again
