If you are going to be doing Editing considering you have 32GB of RAM, an Oced processor would definitely help : P

The i7 4771 is a replacement for the i7 4770. The 4771 is a 4770 + 100 MHz. You should have got the K version if you want to OC.
However, if you turn on the turbo boost, you can get it up to 3.9 GHz.

EDIT: Since you have 32GB RAM. You should also consider setting up a RAMDISK and put all your Temporary Folders, Temporary Internet Cache and if you use firefox, you can also put firefox profile in there. This should improve your system performance, Internet Surfing since RAM is faster than SSD plus it will reduce tear & wear on the SSD.

You can download a free version of DATA Ramdisk. It will allow to setup a Ramdisk up to 4GB which is plenty.

Despite of height core temps even on water it's very stable, but I normally keep it @ 4200 MHz for gaming and media editing.
