Hello guys,

I have recently bought a Mini Digital TV stick which unfortunately is not working with Windows 8, the system does not recognize the device and says that it is broken, despite that I have installed the driver. Reading again the description of the device I saw that it is not suitable for Windows 8. Is there anything I can do to run it under Windows 8, virtual machines etc, I will be happy with every idea that does not contain restarting :D. Thanks!

Sadly, if the manufacturer hasn't provided a Windows 8 driver, you are probably out of luck especially if the 7 driver doesn't work.

If you use wireless, you should check out the SiliconDust HDHomeRun Dual, it works great and have really come down in price. Of course you also need a good wireless router to handle the bandwidth.
