How to properly Install Drivers of TP-LINK 722N to acess wifi?

Hi,
I was using TP-LINK 722N,in window 7,i was supposed to install the drivers to acess the tp-link hardware properly.Then I installed the drivers in window 8 to use tp-link but OS didn't detected the device?

Is there a special way of installing drivers or any other measure i should take?

i use TP-Link TL-WN422G, I installed the drivers in window 8 but OS didn't detected My device.
Can Somebody Help Us ?
