Is there a way to change Setpoint's interface language? I remember there was on option during installation (unfortunately not in the options within the program) but that seems gone now.

    Just for info

I have the left #6 on my mouse set to toggle the start...which switches back and forth in metro and the desktop

I have the right #7 set to close...which brings up the shutdown option screen (power screen)

Logitech MX1100 wireless keyboard and mouse Setpoint version 6.150.152...driver 5.50.58

Also, I have the keyboard set to my personal preference

So far it is working well in Win 8Pro...it is pinned in the right taskbar "only show notification" for ease of access

Thanks, that doesn't seem to work. I only managed to do it by changing the system locale language (which requires a restart), uninstalling and reinstalling SetPoint. Quite clumsy, Logitech.

I have a Logitech MX518 Gaming mouse I like a lot and it has never failed me until I installed Windows 8. The problem is Logitech will not upgrade the software for this mouse to work in W8. They are playing the buy a new mouse game with their customers. I have a wireless keyboard (Logitech) and I have installed Setpoint 6.5 for that. So be warned, the Logitech MX518 mouse will crash in W8 thanks to Logitech who chooses to play their customers. Now I am using my old OCZ Behemoth Laser Mouse and I will probably break down and go get a T400 Touch Mouse (Logitech) for the desktop PC since I am switching all gaming to my brand new Xbox 360 anyway. Still I am so angry with Logitech because I was very happy with the MX518.

Quote from the Guru3D forums, let us know if it worked:

This driver doesnt work for MX518. I ended installing Setpoint 6.32 with Windows 7 compatibility. Now everything works as intended.
Loved my MX510, Logitech software can be dodgy though... Now on a G400 Gaming Mouse but it doesn't feel as good.

Okay, I uninstalled Setpoint 6.5 using only the native uninstaller through Programs and Features and installed Setpoint 6.32. It upgraded some driver for my W8 Pro 64 bit OS and now my Logitech MX518 mouse is working fine again. The version of Setpoint That works for this is 6.32.7 and the driver version is 5.33.14. This is the best mouse ever made by anyone. I am happy as a rat in a cheese factory now. Logitech should realize that there are millions of people who love this mouse and maybe make some super versions like maybe a solid steel variety with super smooth Teflon glider pads on the bottom.
