Emachines E525 Webcam driver won't work in windows 8 ?

This Emachines E525 Laptop has a built in Camera and i wanted to use it to Recode video and save it onto my hard drive

[FONT=&quot]so first issue the driver wont work after installing the camera driver the application start and close[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I tried manycams and other 3 software like easywebcam and so on and non of the would see webcam installed[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I am not trying to chat or skye or anything i would love to have webcam working so i can recode the video and save it in my hard drive[/FONT]

I'm afraid the only possible solution would be trying the 64bit 7 driver set to see if that will work on 8. As often the case the OEMs especially with any older models are typically fallen behind others at keeping up with the newest and latest version out. I waited a full year to see Vista x86 for an old tuner card due to that.

As far as any 3rd party wares you would need one written to work with eMachines to begin with once a working driver set was installed. Otherwise you will just end up back at Square One! :(
