Touch overlays for tablet gaming

Hello Forum

I've been a proud owner of a Windows 8 Hybrid for about two weeks now, and I must say I enjoy the new OS, especially considering all the negative things I had heard about it. To be more percise, I have the HP envy x2.
I love the whole tablet with full windows deal, it lets me play games with touch that I wouldn't have dreamed of being possible 2 years ago. (Age of empires, Terreria, ADOM just to name a few)

And although the HP Envy x2 is a hybrid and has a keyboard, I want to be able to play my games on the go with only the tablet. This works for some games, but for most you need at least the arrow keys/WASD to enjoy the game.
What I want/need (and I'm sure many others do too) are buttons that I can project to the screen with some kind of overlay programm. Ideal would be a programm where you could drag virtual Keyboard keys or buttons to where ever you wanted them on the screen, adjust size and transparency and set the virtual input. But even simple arrow keys in a corner somewhere would statisfy me. Being able to pan the tablet for arrow key input would be awesome as well.

I did some research and found Overwolf overlay (Overwolf adds Facebook, Skype, Video recording, Messenger and much more to your favorite games! ) but it has not come out yet, nor does it seem like it will soon. Check out youtube for it in action.

I myself have very minimal programming skills, so correct me if I'm wrong, but this shouldn't be that hard to do. So I'm a bit unsure if this already exists and I just haven't found it yet, or if its just being developed as we speak.
