    Have you tried the Audio driver from Acer support site? This was suggested by Dolby support when I lost my Dolby Home Theatre v2, and it worked.

For the installation of windows 8, I need to remove the Intel USB 3.0 driver. However, after removing this driver and the necessary restart, I get a blue screen of death and have to reinstate my pc to an older state. Any clues why this is?
