I can definitely say that it works.

By disabled the fastboot in Windows it now starts with power on by RTC. Finally! I :-)

Fastboot seems to cause a lot of issues related to BIOS access etc. I have an SSD so that's one of the first things I turn off anyway. Glad you got it working.

I disable hibernation from the command prompt so that there is no hiberfil.sys file on my SSD. Fastboot is a hybrid shutdown that is a partial hibernation state. If that makes any sense? Anyway, when I kill hibernation I also kill fastboot, hibernation and sleep mode. IMHO if you have an SSD you don't need fastboot anyway. One side effect of turning it on is often times F8 will not work during boot up and you can't get to safe mode etc. It also makes it hard to access UEFI BIOS during boot up. A lot of people had to disable fastboot to get to those menus. That's great if you can actually boot into windows to turn it off, if you can't your in a pickle. Now if you have a laptop with a 5400 RPM spinner hard drive, it likely does what it says, speeds up your boot up process. It has pluses and it has minuses.

It seems that I should be glad to have had just just this small problem then.
