My Windows 8 OS is slowly corrupting all my drivers. Help!

I have an Alienware M14x R2 laptop & bought Windows 8 from Windows 7 a few months ago.

Slowly and surely just about all of my software/hardware has become less functional to the point where nothing

works or installs. My intel wireless drivers are corrupted and when I try to install an updated driver it says theres

an error with the windows installer package. Anything and everything fails upon install. I have dedicated (Nvidia)

and discrete (Intel) graphics cards. The Nvidia just stopped being recognized and errors come up saying I need to

install the Intel graphics driver first.

Now my Intel graphics driver wont update/install either due to error. There are serious problems with

the integrity of my Windows 8 OS.

I tried a system refresh from the W8 settings. It says the drive where W8 is installed is locked and to unlock it to

continue. I searched everywhere online to solve these issues but found no solutions.

Please help. I can't really uninstall the OS because

1) I don't have a external hard drive to back up all my data

2) I don't have a physical copy of my purchased online Windows 8 .iso or a Windows 7 .iso

*Note I have a Windows 7 product key on the bottom of my laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Did you do an UPGRADE or new install from win 7 to win 8?

Have you checked your harddrive for errors?

How does it behave in safemode with networking?
