some tech from BSOD forum told me it my BSOD is because overheating CPU

what should i do to lower the CPU temp? is it possible that the CPU itself is defective so it overheating?

this is temp when i do some Hotcpu test, it passed, memtest86+ passed too

Laptop + heat problems = needs cleaning from dust etc.
Hot CPU test is doing what it was made to do, loads CPU and than you see how hot it can get. Most heat related problems with laptops are dust related. coolers and fans are small and more sensitive than desktops.

You could also try re-pasting the cpu, remove the heat sink, clean it with something like Arctic clean, use any thermal paste, clean the fan as well, it might reduce the temps.

:ditto:

I've already fixed some laptops with similar problems, and in 90% of the cases cleaning the coolers and repasting resolved the overheating probs.

You need to check whether the heat sink is properly seated, check whether you have not forgotten to lock the cpu, check whether you have plugged the fan and check the screws are hand tight. If you need to remove the heat sink again, you need to re-paste it.
