Hi i recently just upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8, but i have ran into a problem which is as soon as i connect my ps3 controller to my pc it shows me the BSOD. I looked at the minidump with bluescreenview and the sys files that shows in red are pacer.sys and wdf01000.sys.
I tried to uninstall all my usb drivers, but that did not work neither. when i connect my controller to my pc it would try to install a driver but half way through it crashes as well.
I don't know if this helps or not but before upgrading to windows 8 i had motioninjoy installed on my pc.
Anyone know what the problem is? I have tried to search online but could not find anything.
