Driver Powerstate Failure

Hi all-

If someone has a moment and could look at my minidmp file it would be greatly appreciated. This only happens when resuming from sleep. Sometimes it will come up with the splash screen but the login screen freezes and won't let me type in a password to login, which results in two restarts.

The only other thing I could think of is it could be my Saitek Eclipse keyboard. I have nothing else attached to the machine except for ethernet wire and speaker wire.
