Remove Everything and Reinstall Windows ERROR

Hi I've got a Samsung Ativ 500 and I am returning it so I am doing the normal "Remove Everything and Reinstall Windows" but shortly after I click the "Get Started" button and the the "Next" button I get an error message stating "Insert Media" "Some files are missing. Your Windows Installation or recovery media will provide these files."

Any ideas what I can do to fix this so that I can wipe and return this tablet?

Ok I returned the tablet so here is my next question.

i want to try this again but I'm a little gun shy since there seems to be no fix. So if I buy a tablet that has a USB port or a micro SD card can anybody tell me what I can install on there that will help me incase this pops up again? If you do a search for the problem that I've described in the first post you'll see that it is not a rare problem and the cure seems to be to insert the Windows disk which we do not have with a tablet!

You can make a recovery drive backup onto a usb stick.

This is for a reinstall to factory condition - I don't think it works for a refresh.
