Solved need help with rst set up windows 8

I have windows 8 pro installed on my 2 TB HDD but I got a 256 gb sdd and I want to use it as caching. I saw some tutorial online and they all tell to switch to raid in the bios ( I am right now in ahci)but when I do it I get a blue screen.

note: my mobo is z77x-ud5h

not an expert on this but my first thought would have been to install win8 on the ssd and use the 2tb for data storage ,so i googled a bit and read one site that the people replying to the similar question as yours seem to agree with what i thought would be the way i would do it if i had a ssd drive .

I have tried the change to raid with the registry trick but I could not find the files:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\msahci
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\iaStorV
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\iaStor

So I decided to reinstall on the ssd but I only have the product key so I normally just donwload the iso from microsoft. But i can't find it. I need win 8 pro but I only saw win enterprise

I have found the iso and have intalled it on my ssd now everything works fine.
