So we have this USB touchscreen that works just fine on XP. On Windows 8, the actual touch part is not working. The hardware is recognized and seems to be recognized as well within the manufacturer's hardware. Drivers were downloaded from EETI eGalax Touch and seem to only have Beta drivers for Windows 8 at the moment. The calibration as shown in the last picture is the timeout error since it doesn't recognize any touching on the monitor.
Has anyone had success with the eGalax Touch on Windows 8? I'm pretty confident our controller is only single touch, and that's fine, this is a point of sale computer. Also I have tried the Windows 7 drivers with no success.
