Cannot find Bluetooth

Hi,

Well as i think you can see i have a lenovo thinkpad e430, but, i cannot find the bluetooth device. This is odd because i have installed the latest bluetooth driver for windows eight x64 from lenovo's official support page yet, although i have restarted the computer and though .net framework is installed (if im correct, is there anyway i can check) i cannot find any place to turn on bluetooth.

btw, device manager doesnt have any category named "bluetooth" but there is something with an exclamation mark which im suspected it could be the bluetooth device. Heres an image of it (Red box shows the device which has exclamation mark)

Any ideas?
