Solved Hotkey Issues

Please do not flame me for putting this in the wrong section. I could not find a section that matches my issue. For some reason, ALL my hotkeys do not work. Windows key+R does not work, windows key+c does not work, windows key+start typing does not work, etc. Please help!!

depending on your machine, go to manufacture website and see if there is any utility package that you need to download.
