I'd expect the Win7 drivers to be adequate for most peripherals. If the installers can be persuaded to run under Win8.
Try the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter. (That's a Windows 8 utility. See your Help listings in Windows 8. I don't know the name under Brazilian Portuguese, if that's the language you're using.)
Getting drivers directly from the peripheral manufacturer is a good idea, but it's not always possible. Example: the onboard sound in the dv5-2112br is from IDT, and I believe that they do not make generic drivers available.
