I'm trying to diagnose a problem with my laptop: When set to EFI boot mode, if I completely shut down and power off my laptop, it restarts by itself after a few seconds. This does not happen when the laptop is set to CSM boot mode.
I'm in the very early stages of troubleshooting; at this point I'm trying to determine whether this problem is unique to my computer, or whether other users have also experienced this. I haven't (yet) found anything similar from a web search. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Intel RST driver, but I'm not sure.
Has anyone heard of this?
