Hi, I need some help with this problem because even the HP support weren't able to help me. My problem is with my USB 3.0 ports. I have an USB 2.0 Hard Drive, and some times, when I disconect it, Windows just crashes. No error message (no BSOD and that kind of error) and nothing after booting up again.
When I safely remove the usb, this only happens always. When not doing, the system always crash (I Know that I should always remove the usb drive with safety, but sometimes I just forget about it... I don't think that the system should crash in that way).
I've already tried to refresh without affecting my files, and the old formating and reinstalling everything. Did a Windows Update, and tried to update drivers (no new driver is avaible).
I just want to know if this is a somewhat common issue, or I have an Hardware problem. I have 4 days left to get my notebook replaced.
Thanks.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, I've already updated the BIOS.
