Touchpad - Makes Windows 8 a pleasant experience

Most of the confusion and struggle with Windows 8 relates to navigating the new UI with a mouse and keyboard. There are also issues with reaching to a touch screen for UI manipulation.

I just bought a Logitech Touchpad to replace my desktop mouse. I am now finding Windows 8 a joy to work with. It has the same feel as Apple's Mountain Lion OS/X interface. With simple touch gestures on the trackpad I am able to easily navigate the Win 8 screens. Learning the gestures is easy and navigation becomes second nature in a very short time.

If your are struggling with the Win 8 UI I would suggest getting a good trackpad before passing final judgement. Before buying a Win 8 laptop I would suggest making sure that the laptop's touchpad is large, multi-touch and supports all the needed gestures for navigation.

The use of a good multi-touch touchpad with Windows 8 has changed my view of the new UI.

PLEASE, HELP ME!!!!

Im very very interested on buying the new Logitech T650 touchpad for use on my Windows 8 PC.

I only have a question:

Can you use AT SAME TIME the touchpad and the mouse? (Like having two mouses connected to the same pc, all of them move the cursor)

I Have a Razor Gaming mouse for normal Desktop use. I need to Know if a TouchPad can be used at same time with a mouse.

(touchpad on left hand for gestures or everything else, and mouse in right hand for more precision cursor move)

THANKS!!!

As long as you're not trying to move the mouse cursor at the same time using the Razor mouse with the touchpad, you'll be fine.
