I have a question....
I have 2 usesr on my windows 8 pro.
User A has a virtual keyboard that is a full keyboard that includes ctrl, windows key, numbers, and can even shift to the special characters above the numbers. I can change keyboard by pressing tapping the keyboard icon and I can change it a more simple, split and one other one.
User B has a virtual keyboard that is more simple. It does not have ctrl, alt, windows key, numbers, etc. I have to press the "&123" button to get the numbers and special characters. Now when I tap the keyboard key under this user, I can change it to a split keyboard and one other, but not the full keyboard like User A has.
I want to be able to set User B to the full keyboard like User A has. Any ideas????
