Will P4V88+ support 64-bit 478 socket CPU

Hi all,
I have a system with these configurations

Current CPU:- Intel Pentium 4E 530 (Prescott) 3.00GHz [D0]
Family 15 Model 3 (03) Stepping 4 Revision 17

Motherboard:-Asrock p4v88+ MORE INFO

Others:-1gb ram, nvidia 6200 graphics, 320gb sata hard disk, 1280*1024resolution
It is currently running windows 7 very well(with aero themes)

I need to install windows 8, but it need XD/NX that this CPU doesn't have.
If i installed this CPU , will it work on this MB?
It says that this MB support Prescott.
Or is their any other CPU's that will support this MB and NX/XD?
