Disc problem

When i try to download something with IDM or utorrent download starts then i get Write to disc error that i'm not allowed/authorized to write to disc...
Can someone help me solve this?

What folder is your download pointed to?
and are you using a local or live account?

I'm downloading to Drive D.

try running your program as administrator. you do this by right clicking on the program shortcut or .exe ( tiles are just fancy shortcuts ) if its a tile the run as admin will be in the pop up window. if its a .exe go to the properties, compatability tab, then the check box at the bottom for run as admin.
