3 G HSDPA data card

I was using MTNL 3 G HSDPA data card for broadband connectivity with windows 8 on my laptop. Now laptop is not detecting the datacard. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the card but it does not detect the data card. I have checked the data card on other laptop with windows 7 & found it working there. pl help

I am facing the similar problem and was unable to find any solution in internet.
