    question about cmd prompt


    does anybody know how to use cmd prompt to set your mouse pointer speed? if so could they tell me the command for doing so?

    What kind of mouse? Did you try settings under Mouse in the Control Panel?

    what im trying to do


    well i'm using a razer deathadder but what i'd like to do is set the pointer speed beyond what's allowed in control panel mouse. and i don't want to use any third party software.

    OK. I see. Sorry I won't be of any help, for I'm not that far technically advanced, but hang in there. Someone will answer. Keep the thread on top in the "New Posts" section by asking "anyone there?" a few times in timely intervals, but don't overdo it by all means. I think Admin won't like that.

    In the mean time, have you performed a search? Advanced search?

    I haven't heard of being able to set the mouse pointer speed faster than what the GUI panel allows without third party software. There might be a way, but I've never heard of it.

    question about registry


    i'm trying to set the value of mousespeed in the registry to 2, but whenever i try to do that it resets itself to 0 on startup. does anybody know how to make it so that it doesn't reset itself upon startup?
