Group policy to set lock screen image

I've found a policy that allows to to disable changing the lock screen wallpaper; however I need to be able to specify an image.

What happened to the method that was available in Windows 7? The OEM branding?

The tutorial below can help show you how to change the image on the "lock" screen to what you want. Afterwards, you can use the tutorial that HHR posted above to disable users from being able to change it.

Hi, I think you are mis-reading my question. I know how to disable the changing of the locked screen. What I'm asking is how to configure a set image across the board for all accounts on the lock screen.

What I did try is set our company image, then modified the policy so that no one can change. The reason I did that is it states that it will use the last used image. That is not actually the case, as it reverted to the autumn leaf photo.

Yes, it will user the last image set prior per user. I'm not sure where the setting is to set a default lock screen image for all users yet, but for now, a lock screen image could be set per user first, then disable the ability to change the lock screen.
