There are only five Explorer folder templates in Windows 8.1 - General Items, Documents, Pictures, Music and Videos.
Does anyone have a proven method for creating new / additional folder view templates ? e.g. Special Items, Downloads etc.
Might involve registry additions / mods ??

I think somebody answered in sevenforums.com on adjusting Libraries, adding directories -- I do not remember which thread! Yes, you're running Windows 8, however, sometimes a solution in Windows X can work for Windows Y -- with a little adjustment in the steps or clicks.
