Solved change system font

hello did anybody know how 2 change that font ,
about 1st font within
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes
MS Shell Dlg
MS Shell Dlg 2
i know that
but how to change that font :
PS its not problem of russian version of windows , archangelsk font supports russian text

You may want to try a program called WinAero Tweaker, you can change the system font from that.
