Disable uninstalling the existing apps and installing new

    Hi,
For one of the requirement I am working on, I need to make sure that the end users are disabled from uninstalling the existing apps and installing new apps from store.
Any pointers in this regard is really appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

I'm not sure if what I do in Window 7 Pro will work for your Windows 8, on a friend's two computers, after making my admin acct worked, I downgraded both family members to Standard, to my knowledge, there is not very much they can uninstall or install. Even Windows Updates ability are denied them.
