Hello everyone
Is there a way that I can control the colour of the active window's title bar and border?
I've noticed that if I select a solid colour as a desktop background colour, then both the active and inactive windows have a light grey title bar and border. But if I select any picture as my desktop background, then Windows adjusts the colour to suit the picture.
Now, I want a solid colour as a desktop background, so I made a BMP in MS Paint that is the size of my screen and contains just the colour that I want... but unfortunately then Windows makes the active window title bar and border colour the same colour as the desktop background, which makes it even harder to see. It would make more sense if that colour was a colour that contrasts the desktop background.
I have just installed Windows 8.1, so I have all default settings. What can you recommend?
Thanks
Samuel
