    Windows 8 Visual Styles?

Is there already a way, or will there be a way in the near future to style the visual style (Like seen here on Windows 7)? That, and the Start Menu are the only two things holding me back from upgrading...

In the near future, sure. Windows 8 is still very new
Can you see here: Visual Styles / Theme for Windows 8 - deskmodder.de

And on the Metro Start Menu you can very quickly get used.

By default, the Start Screen is setup to use metro apps and Windows has those apps as program defaults.

I would recommend you pin Desktop items to the Start Screen and remove the apps you don't need or care for. The easy way to do that is to right click on a folder or a Library and Pin to Start, then drag the tile where ever you feel. It takes a few minutes to mold it, but after that, it's great!

Some Windows 8 visual styles can be found here, but unfortunately that site is addicted to themepacks more than VS (from there I post themepacks at this forum)
