Solved Changing color inside properties box?

I just returned from the Windows 10 world. I did a fresh 8.1 install and set my system up the same as I've always have, I use Classic Shell, but I have one problem. When I right click on a item in the task bar there's this hideous dark blue background and I cannot find a way to change it. Never had this problem before and it's probably something real simple I'm missing.

Eww! That is hideous. Don't know how to solve your problem. When you do get it figured out, please share.

It's related to this update KB3072318, uninstall it and see if that fixes it.
