Solved How do I turn on the Folder tree in the navigation pane?

I want to be able to hover over folders in my navigation pane and have them expand and then expand again in order that I can drag and drop files into the correct folders. How do I do this? Currently nothing happens when I hover.

control panel > file options (folder options)

Thanks, but I've got the same boxes that you have checked and nothing's changed. I don't have 'Navigation pane' in my drop down tho? Which option is it? Any further advice?
