    How to make scrollbar in IE to appear classic?


    I do not use Internet Explorer, but it seems that Outlook Express which I use takes the scrollbar of the message area from IE. Under Win7 it appears classic, while under Win8 it is flat:

    I wonder whether it is possible to make it look classic?

I tried resizing the scrollbar to 0 in regedit with no success. I really hate the look of it and would love to have it gone. I have no need for it. Thanks guys!
