How to make animated screensaver!? red error!

I have used Animated Screensaver Maker to make an animated screensaver and when I use it, the entire screen is red, and isn't my animated gif that I used.
I was wondering if there is a way to make a gif, my screensaver.
Without a program? Please?
Like the bubbles it freezes your screen and bubbles bounce around, kinda like that but with a gif on a transparent background.
I want my screen to freeze and Dogecoins 3) to fall from the top of the screen to the bottom.
I know how to do this but on the program it makes it all red and I don't know how to make the background transparent like the bubbles. Help please? Or is there a way I can customize the bubbles images and where they move ect?
Or any good program that actually works and doesn't make a pure red background, and one that can have a transparent background with gifs.
Im just looking for any solution really, anyway to make it when I wait 5 minutes dogecoins fall down my screen (while what my screen is currently on is frozen so if I had word open the dogecoins would rain over the word application).
