Create a theme for patched UxStyle - How?

I've recently played around with a lot of the awesome themes over at DeviantArt (currently I have Valley by link6155 on DeviantArt installed), but I was interested in potentially making my own themepack and how to go about making a themepack which can be used with UxStyle which changes things like buttons and the taskbar. Googling guides have simply brought guides on installing themepacks, not making ones.

Does anybody have a good guide or tutorial for creating themepack similar in function to the one linked above?

EDIT: Does nobody actually know how to do this?
