Assigning a custom function(shift+f10) to a keyboard key

My laptop keyboard does not have a menu keyClick image for larger version.
But there is a shortcut 'shift+f10' that does the same job.
What I want is to do same job by pressing a single key(which can be any key), is it possible to add shift+f10 function to a single key.For example, when i press right alt, it performs the job of menu key instead of alt function.

Is it possible to assign custom function to keyboard keys?

I don't use my menu key so I remapped it to middle click with this. It really is great, you can do so much with it.
