    Removing program taskbar context menus

I'm working on this laptop to basically block everything except a sheet to fill out in the ambulance on the way back to the fire station. All my problems are solved except one thing, this last context menu that allows me to get into file explorer and effectively having a way better shot at making changes. Although no one is probably that tech savy at this place to even know to right click and get around this (I do have almost all programs blocked through the disallowrun registry entries and all other right click context menu's blocked) I'd feel happier and more comfortable getting this menu removed too, any suggestions?

I'm already using that registry value, and also notaskbarcontext or whatever it is. I'm not getting context bars on anything except programs running on the taskbar. Although I did find thaf that box is actually called a jump list. So I would like to disable jump lists. Haha

I've done some searching and to me it looks like the Program open/close/pin options on the taskbar right click can't be shut off. only the menu part for frequent or last used in Taskbar properties Attachment 55846

That's what I was finding too.
Is there any way to remove the ribbon at the top of file explorer then? Or block them from even accessing the C: drive. I didn't make a separate admin account this is all under just the local user with them being an admin, so that was probably a mistake on my part. I guess I won't worry about it because it won't really be a huge problem since it's the only way around it (minus inserting a USB stick then clicking manage devices, it takes you straight to file explorer since device manager is blocked but I'm turning off the USB port when finished), but if I could either turn off that pop up box or hide it from even coming on the taskbar that would work just as effectively too!
Thanks for all your quick replies.

You could change explorer properties security to where only an admin can open it but then it'll always have a pop up requesting a password and that's probably not optimal for Emergency Services either.

Yeah…not so much. They are only supposed to he working with the incident report page in Adobe reader, but there is always that one person. Hahah
Is there any reasonable way from denying access, or making that pop up box not appear even on a blocked program. I can make windows explorer Icon clear/not existent but if you hover over the icon it'll still be there. Is the jump list a possible aero theme that's turned off by turning off aero or no?

I'm using a High contrast theme and they're still there. you could try here and turn all off....
Attachment 55854 and if you put a short cut for the incident report on the desktop(make sure that is the only icon) you can Auto-hide the taskbar also.

You could possibly turn off thumbnail previews completely in GPEdit, but if the OP doesn't have W8Pro that plan is moot.
