Removing program taskbar context menus

I guess I could use a windows tweaker or do it manually and just completely hide the task bar...but auto hide is probably the route I'll go. I can try turning all of them off when I'm home and at the computer.
Gpedit is just windows creating and editing the registry for you, so even without windows 8.1 pro I can still do it, it's just a lot harder. Haha but thimbanil preview is an aero feature, but jump lists may not be.

@ Edwin, he doesn't even want the open/close/pin it option to show at right click, which unless someone has a registry hack(which can be devastating, because it is part of File Explorer) he's not going to be able to turn them off I believe. The File Explore icon is a DANGEROUS thing to play with, I know from experience, I deleted it once on windows 7, and you can't get to trash to restore it when it's in the trash, because trash is in file explorer. That folder icon is not just a shortcut, when you then reboot, you boot only to a wallpaper and no desktop.

Messing with file explorer since it is part of if explorer.exe is very dangerous. It looks like I'll be auto-hiding the task bar...I am using third party software to block metro with a difficult key combination to open it, and it's also not shown on the taskbar, so if I have a registry hack that removed jump list I'd still be okay. I'm disabling USB ports, so bringing a batch file to destroy my blocks and getting to file explorer that way won't work as I also removed the auto play feature. At this point I'm okay with that little problem using auto-hide taskbar should be sufficient...but now that I've found the little flaw I wanna fix it. Haha
Where does that restrictions pop up come from, does it turn off somewhere in the regirsty, I cannot find anything for that on Google.

Do you mean the "Change User Account Control Settings"? Go to: Control Panel>User Accounts.

Wait I have an idea, what if I use the NoViewOnDrive registry value to restrict the drives. So big deal if they open windows explorer, even if you try to open the C: drive to get to regedit to make the changes against my disallowrun's or to rename an .exe to open it you wouldn't be allowed to access the drive anyway as it would be considered administratively blocked along with the windows run. So if that's correct, do any of you see a flaw in that? Then if there was a problem I would have to be able to get onto my flash drive and run something to fix it...so I'd kinda block myself out that way because I can't think of any way I'd be able to unblock it all again to make a change since I wouldn't be able to open regedit.exe because its a part of C: and would be blocked out. Ugh, find a way I slove a problem...then I wouldn't be able to fix it if it became a problem.. Hahah

Restore points take an image of the registry correct? So I could create a restore point, if I'm having problems I can restore the pc real quick and then go fix it (as it would bring me back to how it is now and I'm able to troubleshoot)?

Something just popped to mind that I've seen in the internet before: What your actually trying to do is set windows up in so called "Kiosk Mode" as a single application computer, try Googling for that.

It doesn't work in the regular edition of windows 8.1...only RT, Pro, and Enterprise. But I'll definitely check it out after I get home from work seeing as how I still need to sleep for work. Haha
It looks really effective, it would allow that program to open files, and I have the file synced to acrobat.com and on the desktop so it could find it, and it would be able to print. Very useful! Although it did look like there was other kiosk software available. But in the event kiosk mode doesn't pan out, how did the hiding and restricting drives idea sound? I could hide a batch file/reg file to unblock the drives in it.
