Caveat Emptor!
Nirsoft.net offers two utilities: ShellMenuView and ShellExtensionView. On their webpages, the former mentioned support for Win 8, the latter only up to Win 7. Strangely, the former lack dates on the webpage, while the latter's latest is May of this year.
The last time I used them was with Microsoft Vista. Back when, I explored many programs. They often added context menu entries to the system without giving users choices. And if I recalled correctly, Vista had a bunch of context menu entiries as well. It was blissful getting rid of some of them. The need has not been great since then.
I should add that this forum has archived tutorials that enable and disable specific context menu entries without third-party software.
